INBC is a consortium launched in London by Bakrie Group, Envision Group and a FTSE 100 major producer and marketer of diversified commodities. The Consortium is a flagship cooperation to secure low carbon battery materials from Indonesia to the UK gigafactories and to launch Indonesia’s first net zero industrial park in Sulawesi, Indonesia. The Consortium, backed by Indonesian and UK governments aims to position Indonesia at the heart of the global EV supply chain and to be the go-to alternative for sustainable & low-carbon battery materials for G7 countries, including the UK, EU, and the US.

The establishment of INBC will significantly advance the progress of green mining and green energy investment in Indonesia.

  • INBC focused on promoting the growth of battery factories worldwide and being a leading source for
    environmentally friendly battery materials.
  • “INBC will accelerate developments of battery gigafactories across the world. As we play our part in the end-to-end global EV supply chain – started with Indonesia and the UK – we will position INBC as the go-to alternative for ESG-processed nickel and battery materials. Collaboration is the key to a successful net-zero sustainability transition and hence we are very excited to be joining the Transitioning Industrial Clusters towards Net-zero initiative” said Anindya Bakrie. Consortium Lead Representative of INBC and CEO of Bakrie & Brothers.
