In the Articles of Association, there are various main provisions that will be used as guidelines in managing the continuity of the Company's organization. These basic provisions are used as a reference in making more specific rules.
The Articles of Association stipulates, among others, the authorities, duties, and responsibilities, as well as the structural mechanism in appointing and dismissing members of the Board of Directors and Commissioners as well as establishing the working relationship between the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors in accordance with Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies and Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market.
