Dr. Dino Patti Djalal
Indonesian citizen, Dr. Dino is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of VKTR.
He has served as the Independent Commissioner of VKTR since 2022. He is a prominent career diplomat, academic, author, and a former member of the Presidential cabinet. Dr. Dino previously served as the Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs in 2014, as Indonesia’s Ambassador to the United States from 2010 to 2013, and as the Presidential Spokesperson for President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono from 2004 to 2010, making him the longest serving Presidential Spokesperson in modern Indonesia’s history.
Dr. Dino is now actively participating in various independent think tanks and organizations around the globe. He is the founder of the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI), the Chairman of the Board of World Resources Institute (WRI) Indonesia, the Chairman of the Indonesian Lecturers Association, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Indonesian Diaspora Network Global (IDN Global), and an Asia Fellow of the Milken Institute.
Dr. Dino received a Doctorate degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a thesis on Preventive Diplomacy, a Master’s degree in Political Science from Simon Fraser University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Carleton University.

Indonesian citizen, Arief is a Member of the Audit Committee of VKTR.
He started his career as an Auditor at Drs Hadi Sutanto & Partners (PricewaterhouseCoopers) from 1994 to 2000, Partner at RSM AAJ Associates from 2000 to 2009, Partner at Arman Dhani & Partners from 2009 to 2014, and Member of the Audit Committee at PT Semen Baturaja Tbk from 2008 to 2012, Member of Audit Committee at PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk from 2008 to 2013, Member of Audit Committee at PT Wahana Otomitra Multhiartha Tbk from 2011 to 2016, Member of Audit Committee & Risk Management at PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk since 2015, Partner at Arief Jauhari since 2015, Member of Audit Committee at PT Samindo Resources Tbk from 2018 to 2021, and Member of Audit Committee at PT Bayan Resources Tbk since 2021. He obtained a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from the University of Indonesia (UI) and a Master of Management in Finance from the University of Pelita Harapan.
