Indonesian citizen, Gilarsi has served as the President Director & Chief Executive Officer of VKTR since 2022.

He is an accomplished executive with over 35 years of experience in various industries including automotive, logistics, investment, engineering, manufacturing, and electronics. Concurrently, he serves as the Independent Commissioner at PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk (IDX: SAPX) since 2021. Prior to joining VKTR, Gilarsi served as the Chief Executive Officer of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) from 2015 to 2020. Gilarsi was the Chief Executive Officer of Adyawinsa Autobody from 2012 to 2015. Prior to Adyawinsa, Gilarsi acted as the Chief Executive Officer of Shafira Corporation between 2008 and 2012, then acted as its Commissioner from 2012 to 2015. Gilarsi was the Managing Director of Psi Technologies Inc. and Merrill Lynch Investment from 2006 to 2008. He spent a tenure at Philips in a number of positions, including: Director of Philips Lighting Electronics Asia Pacific (2005-2006); Director of Philips Lighting Luminaires ASEAN & Pacific (2004-2005); Business Restructuring Director of Philips Lighting Luminaires ASEAN & Pacific (2002-2004); GM & Operations Manager of Philips Lightning (1997-2002). Earlier, he served as the Plant Manager at KDI Ceramic Tile Manufacture from 1995 to 1997, as a Senior Manager at PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (IDX: BNBR) from 1991 to 1994, and as a Production Manager at Upprindo Utama from 1987 to 1991. Gilarsi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).s

Indonesian citizen, Dino has served as the Director & Chief Operating Officer of VKTR since 2022.

He has also been the Chief Executive Officer of PT Bakrie Autoparts since 2018, a Commissioner of PT Braja Mukti Cakra since 2018, a Commissioner of PT Bina Usaha Mandiri Mizusawa since 2018, and a Commissioner of PT Bakrie Steel Industries since 2018. Previously, Dino served a tenure at the Mercedes-Benz Group in several positions, including: Deputy Director of Procurement of PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia (2008-2018); Manager of PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia (2006-2008); Manager of PT DaimlerChrysler Distribution Indonesia (2001-2006). He was an Operations Manager at PT Dulmison Indonesia from 1997 to 2001 and a Manufacturing Manager of PT Asea Brown Boveri Installation Materials from 1995 to 1997. Dino received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Management from the University of New South Wales.

Indonesian citizen, Amri has served as the Director of VKTR since 2023.

He concurrently serves as the Chief Business Development Officer of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk since 2022 and the Director of PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure since 2012. Previously, he was the Chief Business Officer of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk from 2020 to 2022, the Chief Finance Officer of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk from 2015 to 2020, the Director of PT Bakrieland Development Tbk from 2011 to 2012, and the Head of Corporate Treasury of PT Bakrieland Development Tbk from 2006 to 2010. Amri obtained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Universitas Gajah Mada.
