Dividend Policy

The company's dividend distribution policy will be determined through shareholder approval at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) based on the recommendation of the company's Board of Directors. The dividend distribution will always comply with Indonesian regulations, and the decision on interim dividends will be made by the company's Board of Directors after approval from the company's Board of Commissioners.
