Jakarta, December 5 2025 – PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (“VKTR”), a pioneering company in the Battery-Based Electric Vehicle (BBEV) sector, today held its Public Expose 2025 to present a recap of its business and operational performance during the third quarter of this year, along with a number of milestones successfully achieved. The Public Expose was attended by the Company’s management, namely Mr. Anindra Ardiansyah Bakrie as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. A. Amri Aswono Putro as Director of the Company as well as Chief Financial & Risk Officer, Mr. Dino A. Ryandi as Director of the Company and Chief Business Development Officer, and Mr. V. Bimo Kurniatmoko as Director of the Company and Chief Operational Officer, and was moderated by Ms. Indah Permatasari Saugi as Chief of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary. In addition, Mr. Gilarsi W. Setijono, President Director, attended the Public Expose virtually.

Throughout the year, VKTR has demonstrated solid operational performance through the execution of electric vehicle projects. The Company has become the only supplier of Completely Knocked Down (CKD)-based electric buses in Indonesia to have achieved a Domestic Component Level (TKDN) of 40% for its 12-meter bus products. With this achievement, VKTR has further strengthened its position as a key player in the development of the national EV ecosystem.

As of the third quarter of 2025, the Company has once again been entrusted by Transjakarta for a new tender of 80 units of 12-meter electric buses. The Company targets the delivery of 50 electric buses and 22 chargers by the end of 2025, while the remaining 30 units are targeted for delivery in early 2026. In the material handling equipment sector, VKTR has also delivered 6 units of electric forklifts to group companies and private customers. This reflects VKTR’s achievement in expanding the electric vehicle market beyond the bus segment.

Cumulatively, all electric fleets operating under the VKTR ecosystem have traveled more than 13.4 million kilometers over 45 months of operation. From this, the Company has succeeded in reducing carbon emissions by an estimated more than 11,800 tons of CO₂, equivalent to planting 539,000 trees. VKTR also highlighted Indonesia’s decarbonization targets through the reduction of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission intensity as well as the net zero emission target before 2060. In this regard, VKTR designs its transformation and investment direction to ensure that the Company is not only commercially relevant, but also aligned with the government’s targets and priorities through the provision of electric transportation solutions and an orientation toward strengthening domestic industry.

From a financial perspective, VKTR recorded revenue growth of 11% YoY to Rp 717 billion in 9M25, mainly driven by the significant growth in the electric vehicle sales segment as well as the stable performance of the spare parts manufacturing segment. Total assets grew by 15% YTD to Rp 1,851 billion in 9M25, driven by an increase in inventories related to electric vehicle sales projects that have not yet been recognized as revenue, as well as the addition of fixed assets. On the liabilities side, there was an increase in line with the addition of borrowings to support the Company’s business activities.

Entering 2026, VKTR is committed to accelerating the transition of its EV segment from the investment phase toward sustainable profitability through operational discipline, optimization of production capacity utilization, and cost efficiency to improve margin structure. The Company will also strengthen its advantage as a pioneer in commercial EVs, re-balancing its product portfolio from buses to trucks to accelerate revenue diversification and penetrate the larger commercial vehicle market. With technological support from global OEMs through strategic partnerships and comprehensive electric mobility solutions for customers, VKTR is ready to build a comprehensive EV ecosystem to further expand its contribution to Indonesia’s mobility transformation.
