Dr. Dino Patti Djalal

Indonesian citizen, 59 years old, he has served as the Independent Commissioner of VKTR since 2022.

He is a prominent career diplomat, academic, author, and a former member of the Presidential cabinet. He previously served as the Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs in 2014, as Indonesia’s Ambassador to the United States from 2010 to 2013, and as the Presidential Spokesperson for President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono from 2004 to 2010, making him the longest serving Presidential Spokesperson in modern Indonesia’s history.

He is now actively participating in various independent think tanks and organizations around the globe. He is the founder of the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI), the Chairman of the Board of World Resources Institute (WRI) Indonesia, the Chairman of the Indonesian Lecturers Association, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Indonesian Diaspora Network Global (IDN Global), and and an Asia Fellow of the Milken Institute.

He received a Doctorate degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2000, a Master’s degree in Political Science from Simon Fraser University in 1991, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Carleton University in 1986.

He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners, or major and controlling shareholders of the Company.

Anindya Novyan Bakrie

Anindya Novyan Bakrie, 51 years old, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Jakarta in 1974. Anindya obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business, California, USA, in 2001 and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, USA, in 1996.

Anindya has served as President Director & CEO of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk since May 2019, where he previously also served as President Commissioner as well as Deputy COO/Managing Director during the 1997–1999 period. Currently, Anindya also serves as President Commissioner of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk since September 2025, President Commissioner of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk since September 2022, CEO & President Director of PT Bakrie Global Ventura since August 2013, and Commissioner of PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk since June 2012.

Previously, Anindya served as CEO & President Director of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk during the period of July 2014–September 2025, as well as CEO & President Director of PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk during the period of December 2003–July 2013. Currently, Anindya Novyan Bakrie also serves as Chairman of Kadin Indonesia, Chairman of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) Indonesia, Chairman of Indonesia’s representative to the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Advisory Council (ABAC), Chairman of Indonesian Aquatics, Board of Directors of Oxford United Football Club, Founder and Chairman of Bakrie Center Foundation, Chairman of Yayasan Bakrie Untuk Negeri, and General Treasurer of Ikatan Saudagar Muslim Indonesia.

He also plays an active role in building relations between Indonesia and various countries around the world through his active role as trustee, advisor, and member on various boards at international universities, non-governmental organizations, and research institutions. Among them are Board Member of the International Campaign Committee at Northwestern University since July 2016, Board Member of Philips Academy Andover’s Asia Council since 2012, Board of Trustee of Eisenhower Fellowship since March 2011, Board Member of the @america Advisory Board since 2011, and Advisor to The United States Indonesia Society (USINDO) since 2018.

Anindya has also been an active attendee of the World Economic Forum since 2010, where he is a Board of Governor for the Auto/Mobility as well as Media, Entertainment and Culture sectors.

On the sidelines of his active role as a businessman and entrepreneur, Anindya has established a distinguished presence within Indonesia’s sports ecosystem, both on the national and international stage. In his recent initial role, Anindya served as Chef de Mission leading the Indonesian contingent at the 2024 Paris Olympics, securing outstanding achievements of 2 gold medals and 1 bronze medal. Prior to 2022, Anindya has sat on the Board of Oxford United FC in the EFL Championship. Domestically, Anindya has shown long-standing commitment to aquatic sports through his role as Chairman of Akuatik Indonesia (formerly PRSI), where he has been entrusted with a third consecutive leadership term (2025–2029) following his initial appointment in 2016.

Okder Pendrian

Indonesian citizen, 52 years old. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Agro-Industrial Technology from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) in 1996, an MBA in General Management from IPMI International Business School in 2008, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Strategic Management from the University of Indonesia in 2018. He is also a Certified Professional Human Resources (CPHR) holder and a certified Competency Assessor by the Indonesian Professional Certification Authority.

He joined PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk in 1997 and currently serves as Chief Human Capital & Office Support. Previously, he served as Director & CEO (2014–2021) and Director & COO (2011–2014) at PT Bakrie Strategic Solutions. During his career within the Bakrie Group, he held various strategic roles, including Chief HR & Organization Development at PT Bakrie Metal Industries (2008–2011) and Strategic HR Advisor at PT Darma Henwa Tbk (2009–2010). He began his career as an HR Trainee at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk in 1996.

He acquires extensive experience in leading Human Capital and Organization Development functions across diverse industries, with strong expertise in strategic human capital management, organizational development, talent and performance management, leadership development, corporate culture, and industrial relations. In addition, he has been actively contributing to academia as a lecturer in Strategic Human Capital & Organization Development at the Master of Management Program, Universitas Bakrie since 2016. He has also participated in various international forums and executive programs and has published academic works in the field of strategic management and family business.
