He obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bentley, McCallum Graduate School of Business, Massachusetts, USA, in 2005, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., USA, in 2001. This international education reinforced his leadership foundation and vision in building a future oriented Company.

Currently, he serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk and President Director of PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure since 2022. He also holds key positions within the Bakrie Group, including President Commissioner roles at PT Southeast Asia Pipe Industries and PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara, highlighting his central role in advancing the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors.

Prior to joining VKTR, Ardiansyah gained extensive experience in the media and telecommunications industries, holding strategic roles such as President Director of PT Viva Media Baru, PT Lativi Mediakarya, and President Commissioner of PT Asia Global Media. These roles shaped his expertise in leading innovation driven companies and navigating digital transformation.

His leadership at VKTR underscores his commitment to driving the transformation of Indonesia’s electric vehicle industry. Through strategic and innovative approaches, he positions VKTR as a pioneer in sustainable mobility, aligned with the national decarbonization agenda.

As part of the Bakrie family, Ardiansyah maintains close affiliations with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and controlling shareholders within PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk, reinforcing an extensive collaborative network to drive long-term corporate growth.

Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) until 2023, where he played a significant role in strengthening urban mobility transformation and the development of sustainable public transportation. Throughout his career, he has held various strategic positions, including as Group Chief Financial Officer at PT Polowijo Gosari Indonesia, Chief Executive Officer of PT Perikanan Nusantara, Chief Financial Officer of PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero), Chief Executive Officer of Balai Pustaka, as well as Corporate Secretary of PT Hotel Sahid Jaya International Tbk.

He obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree and a Master of Management degree from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, and is currently pursuing a doctoral program at Universitas Trisakti. To strengthen his competencies in finance, risk management, and investment, he also holds various professional certifications, including Certified Professional Management Accountant (CPMA), Certified Risk Professional (CRP), Certified Securities Analyst (CSA), Certified Affiliate Wealth Manager (Aff. WM), as well as a Mutual Fund Selling Agent Representative (WAPERD) license.

Previously, she held a strategic role in PMO & Risk at Sinarmas Mining Group, with responsibilities covering investment and financing strategies, operating models, governance, as well as risk management frameworks supporting business growth and shareholder decision-making. She also has experience serving as Strategic Business Partner for Financial Services at Sinarmas Mining Group, Head of Human Capital & Corporate Affairs at PT Rajawali Corpora, as well as Vice President of Human Resources Management at PT Freeport Indonesia. In recognition of her contributions, she has received various industry awards, including recognitions from HR Asia and HR Excellence for achievements in leadership development, digital transformation, and workplace excellence, and actively contributes to Indonesia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem as a business mentor and local selection panelist at Endeavor Indonesia.

She obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from University of Michigan. To strengthen her leadership capabilities, she also completed the Executive Development Program at Freeport-McMoRan and Loyola University. In addition, she holds various executive certifications from Korn Ferry focusing on leadership assessment, executive team effectiveness, business acumen, leadership development, and organizational capability building.

Previously, he held various positions including Head of the Project Management Office at PT Bakrie Global Ventura from 2016 to 2020, Director and CEO of PT Inovasi Teknologi Nusantara (a subsidiary of Bakrie Global) from 2015 to 2018, VP of Technology Operations at PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk from 2013 to 2015, and Senior Account Manager at PT Ericsson Indonesia from 2007 to 2013.

Bimo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (2002) and a Master of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Melbourne (2004).

Throughout his career, Bimo has been recognized as an adaptive leader with strengths in solving complex tasks, designing lean business operations, and building effective organizational systems across companies.

With a strong technical background combined with sharp business acumen, Bimo delivers strategic value to VKTR in realizing its vision as a pioneer of commercial electric mobility in Indonesia.

He also served as President Director and Chief Executive Officer at PT Bakrie Autoparts since 2018, President Commissioner at PT Braja Mukti Cakra since 2018, and Commissioner at PT Bina Usaha Mandiri Mizusawa since 2018. Previously, he served at the Mercedes-Benz Group with several positions, including: Deputy Director of Procurement for Commercial Vehicles (Buses and Trucks) PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia (2008-2018); Deputy Director of Procurement for Non-Production Materials and Production Materials for Commercial and Passenger Vehicles (2008-2016), Manager of PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia (2006-2008); Manager of PT DaimlerChrysler Distribution Indonesia (2001-2006). He served as Operations Manager at PT Dulmison Indonesia from 1997 to 2001 and Installation Materials Manufacturing Manager di PT Asea Brown Boveri Installation Materials from 1995 to 1997.

He received a Bachelor of Engineering degree i Manufacturing Management from the University of New South Wales in 1993.

He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners, or major and controlling shareholders of the Company.

He concurrently serves as the Chief Business Development Officer of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk since 2022 and the Director of PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure since 2012. Previously, he was the Chief Business Officer of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk from 2020 to 2022, the Chief Finance Officer of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk from 2015 to 2020, the Director of PT Bakrieland Development Tbk from 2011 to 2012, and the Head of Corporate Treasury of PT Bakrieland Development Tbk from 2006 to 2010, and from 1990-2001 at PT Bank Niaga Tbk as Jakarta Commercial Banking II Head.

He obtained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Universitas Gajah Mada in 1989.

Active in professional organizations such as KADIN Indonesia and CFO Club Indonesia, Amri demonstrates a strong commitment to advancing national industry, particularly through downstream initiatives and the strengthening of domestic industrial capabilities.

With a solid financial background, cross-sector experience, and active involvement in national industrial development, Amri serves a strategic role in strengthening VKTR’s financial and risk foundations for a more sustainable future.

Currently, Indah serves as Chief of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary at PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk since 2023. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and integrating the legal, corporate governance, strategic communication, and sustainability functions, aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability, and corporate reputation among national and international stakeholders.

Prior to joining VKTR, Indah built a strong track record at reputable companies such as PT Aviasi Pariwisata Indonesia (Injourney), PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk, and PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero). She managed cross-sector strategic projects, including IPOs, sustainability initiatives, and corporate governance transformations.

Her commitment to advancing sustainability is demonstrated through the development of ESG-based programs and her active participation in national corporate forums such as the Indonesian Issuers Association (AEI) and the Indonesia Corporate Secretary Association (ICSA).

Through her collaborative leadership style, legal acumen, and commitment to continuous innovation, Indah serves a vital role in strengthening VKTR’s position as a leader in the electric vehicle and low carbon mobility sector.
