Indonesian citizen, 59 years old, he has served as the Independent Commissioner of VKTR since 2022.

He is a prominent career diplomat, academic, author, and a former member of the Presidential cabinet. He previously served as the Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs in 2014, as Indonesia’s Ambassador to the United States from 2010 to 2013, and as the Presidential Spokesperson for President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono from 2004 to 2010, making him the longest serving Presidential Spokesperson in modern Indonesia’s history.

He is now actively participating in various independent think tanks and organizations around the globe. He is the founder of the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI), the Chairman of the Board of World Resources Institute (WRI) Indonesia, the Chairman of the Indonesian Lecturers Association, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Indonesian Diaspora Network Global (IDN Global), and and an Asia Fellow of the Milken Institute.

He received a Doctorate degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2000, a Master’s degree in Political Science from Simon Fraser University in 1991, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Carleton University in 1986.

He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners, or major and controlling shareholders of the Company.

Arief A. Dhani

Indonesian citizen, 53 years old, born in 1971 and domiciled in Jakarta. He earned a Bachelor of Accounting from Universitas Indonesia (1995) and a Master of Financial Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan (2009). He also holds a CPA (1998), Investment Manager Representative Certification (1998), and CA (Chartered Accountant) designation (2013).

He began his career as an Auditor at Drs Hadi Sutanto & Partners (PricewaterhouseCoopers) from 1994 to 2000, then served as Partner at RSM AAJ Associates (2000-2009), Arman Dhani & Partners (2009–2014), and Arief Jauhari (since 2015). He has also held Audit Committee roles at PT Semen Baturaja Tbk, PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk, PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk, PT Samindo Resources Tbk, and PT Bayan Resources Tbk, and served in the Audit Committee at PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk.

Indonesian citizen, 63 years old, born in 1962 and domiciled in Bekasi, West Java. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Gadjah Mada (1989), a Master of Science in Business Administration from Universitas Indonesia (2002), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from Universitas Bhayangkara (2009). He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Accountant (CA), ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant, and holds a Certified Audit Committee Professional (CACP). He is also affiliated with the Indonesian Institute of Audit Committee, the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Indonesian Institute of Accountants.

He began his career as Finance Controller at PT Bali Nirwana Resort (1998-1999), followed by Finance Controller at PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (1999-2002). He later served as Audit Manager at Doli, Bambang, Sudarmadji & Dadang Public Accounting Firm (2002-2008), Audit Partner at Tjahjadi, Pradhono & Teramihardja Public Accounting Firm (Morison International) (2008-2011), and Audit Partner at Kosasih, Nurdiyaman, Mulyadi, Tjahjo & Rekan (Crowe) (2011-2013). He has also served as a Member of the Audit Committee at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (2013–2017), and at PT Century Tokyo Leasing Indonesia (2021–2023). Since 2023, he has been serving as Audit Partner at KAP Teramihardja, Pradhono & Chandra (a member of Crowe Global), and as a Member of the Audit Committee of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk.

In addition, he currently serves as a Member of the Audit Committee of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (since 2025), Member of the Audit Committee of PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (2025), Treasurer of Stella Duce Foundation in Dili, Timor-Leste (since 2025), Member of the Supervisory Board of Santo Dominikus de Gusman Foundation (Elisabeth Hospital) (since 2025), and Treasurer of Tarakanita Foundation (since 2024). His extensive experience reflects strong expertise in audit, financial governance, and advisory roles across various sectors.
