Indonesian citizen, 58 years old, he has served as the Independent Commissioner of VKTR since 2022.He is a prominent career diplomat, academic, author, and a former member of the Presidential cabinet. He previously served as the Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs in 2014, as Indonesia’s Ambassador to the United States from 2010 to 2013, and as the Presidential Spokesperson for President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono from 2004 to 2010, making him the longest serving Presidential Spokesperson in modern Indonesia’s history.
He is now actively participating in various independent think tanks and organizations around the globe. He is the founder of the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI), the Chairman of the Board of World Resources Institute (WRI) Indonesia, the Chairman of the Indonesian Lecturers Association, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Indonesian Diaspora Network Global (IDN Global), and and an Asia Fellow of the Milken Institute.He received a Doctorate degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2000, a Master’s degree in Political Science from Simon Fraser University in 1991, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Carleton University in 1986.

Anindya Novyan Bakrie, 50 years old, Indonesian citizen. He obtained his Master of Business (MBA) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, California, USA, in 2011 and Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree of Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, USA, in 1996.Anindya has been the President Director & CEO of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk since May 2019, where he was formerly President Commissioner and Deputy COO / Managing Director between 1997 to 1999.
Anindya also holds the position as President Commissioner of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk since September 2022, CEO & President Director of PT Bakrie Global Ventura since August 2013, CEO & President Director of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk since July 2014, and Commissioner of PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk since June 2012.Previously, Anindya has also served as CEO & President Director of PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk (December 2003 - July 2013). In his recent initial role, Anindya served as Chef de Mission leading the Indonesian contingent at the 2024 Paris Olympics, securing outstanding achievements of 2 gold medals and 1 bronze medal. Prior to 2022, Anindya has sat on the Board of Oxford United FC in the EFL Championship. Domestically, Anindya has shown long-standing commitment to aquatic sports through his role as Chairman of Akuatik Indonesia (formerly PRSI), where he has been entrusted with a third consecutive leadership term (2025–2029) following his initial appointment in 2016.

Joined PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk in 1997 and currently serves as Chief Human Capital & Office Support, previously he also served as Director & CEO (2014 – 2021), and as Director & COO (2011-2014) at PT Bakrie Strategic Solutions. During his career at the Bakrie group, he was assigned to several business units, namely as Chief Human Resources & Organization of PT Bakrie Metal Industries (2008 - 2011) and Human Resource Advisor at PT Darma Henwa Tbk (2009 - 2010)
