PENS' partnership with VKTR is one of our efforts to build a culture of innovation in PENS. Specifically for this partnership, PENS will prepare the development of this innovation lab and will manage it for mutual development.

The journey of BYD cooperation with Bakrie Autoparts started in 2018, where BYD and Bakrie Autoparts initiated a partnership and intensively approached several public transport bus services. I am sure today, our collaboration with Tri Sakti is a signal that our collaboration is growing aggressively. I am very grateful BYD has been part of this magnificent process. • In the future, we believe this industrialization of electric vehicles in Indonesia will grow faster, and we hope we can answer the challenge by working together.

We sincerely appreciate the support and collaboration that has been established since 2024. Although relatively new, the partnership between Sinar Jaya and BYD has made a significant contribution to improving the quality of public transportation services through Trans Jakarta, while also creating a positive image for the community as service users. This collaboration reflects a mutually beneficial and strategic relationship. We hope this strong synergy will continue in the future, bringing forth more innovative ideas to support sustainable transportation in Indonesia.
