Job Description
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and objectives, and align them with the company’s products, services, and solutions.
  • Follow up payment progress to clients.
  • Create and maintain detailed outstanding payment lists, facilitating efficient debt management, and collection processes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in account management or client relations (experience dealing with Government institution is a plus).
  • Good business sense and have good understanding of the markets, customers, and competitors.
