Jakarta, February 20, 2024 – PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) and PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (Indomobil) proudly announce the signing of a strategic partnership aimed at advancing innovation and accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in Indonesia.

This collaboration represents a strategic alliance between two companies with extensive experience in the automotive industry, working together to expand reach and increase the penetration of EV technology in Indonesia’s automotive market. Through this partnership, VKTR and Indomobil reaffirm their commitment to delivering environmentally friendly transportation solutions and to accelerating the transition toward sustainable mobility

A key focus of the partnership is the joint development and enhancement of electric vehicles for diverse needs, including both passenger and commercial vehicles. However, PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk will highlight only the partnership aspects directly related to EVs. This approach allows for greater flexibility and broader expansion opportunities in the future, potentially covering both passenger and commercial vehicle sectors.

The signing ceremony was attended by key executives from VKTR, PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk as the parent company, senior leaders of PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk, as well as supporting partners including banks, underwriters, and media representatives.
