PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on December 12, 2023, at Bakrie Tower, South Jakarta. This EGMS served as an important forum attended by VKTR’s Board of Directors and company shareholders.

The meeting marked a strategic step in making crucial decisions for VKTR. The event began with opening remarks from VKTR’s CEO, Gilarsi W. Setijono, who shared the company’s vision and strategic direction for the future.

VKTR granted authority to the Company’s Board of Commissioners to appoint and determine the public accountant/public accounting firm that will audit the Company’s Consolidated Financial Statements. The role of shareholders in this EGMS is highly significant, as they have the right to provide input, raise questions, and approve strategic decisions proposed by the Board of Directors. This process embodies the principles of transparency and openness in conducting the company’s business.
