Jakarta, February 27, 2026 – PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (“VKTR”), a national battery-based electric vehicle (BEV) manufacturer, continues to lead industry transformation through the strengthening of an integrated Domestic Component Level (TKDN) ecosystem. In line with its diversification strategy, VKTR is also expanding its product development into the Waste-to-Energy (WTE) segment as part of its commitment to delivering sustainable mobility and technology solutions.
At the same time, VKTR is further solidifying its position as the market leader in supplying electric buses to Transjakarta, while accelerating the growth of a national brand with global competitiveness, supported by production-ready facilities and subsidiaries with more than 50 years of experience in Indonesia’s manufacturing industry.
From year to year, the Company has recorded consistent growth in commercial electric vehicle sales, reflecting its strong role in driving EV adoption across Indonesia.
Aligned with consistent growth milestones – from pioneering Completely Knocked Down (CKD)-based EV assembly, achieving TKDN above 40%, to expanding its electric bus and truck portfolio – VKTR continues to demonstrate accelerated operational and financial performance as part of the transformation toward a competitive and sustainable national commercial vehicle industry.
“The growth we have achieved year after year is not merely a business milestone, but clear evidence that the transformation toward electric commercial vehicles in Indonesia is well underway and we are at the forefront of it. We are not simply following the wave of change; we are leading it. Our mission is clear: championing the local EV industry and establishing electric commercial vehicles as the backbone of sustainable national transportation for a cleaner mobility future,” said A. Ardiansyah Bakrie, Chief Executive Officer of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk.
In 2025, the Company recorded revenue growth of 8.5% YoY to IDR 1.089 trillion, compared to IDR 1.004 trillion in 2024. This growth reflects accelerating EV sales driven by higher delivery realization, alongside relatively stable contributions from the automotive components manufacturing segment.
Gross profit increased by 10.4% YoY to IDR 197 billion in 2025 from IDR 178 billion in 2024, supported by improved pricing in the EV segment, contributing to stronger overall gross margins.
From a financial position perspective, total assets grew 11.8% YoY to IDR 1.798 trillion in 2025 from IDR 1.609 trillion in 2024, driven by increased advances related to EV sales projects not yet recognized as revenue, as well as additional fixed assets.
Total liabilities increased 22.2% YoY to IDR 553 billion in 2025 from IDR 453 billion in 2024, in line with additional working capital loans to support business expansion.
“All of the Company’s positive momentum in 2025 – both in financial performance and business achievements – demonstrates that VKTR’s efforts to accelerate EV adoption across industries continue to deliver tangible results. This positions VKTR not only at the forefront of commercial vehicle decarbonization, but also on a path toward sustainable long-term growth,” said A. Amri Aswono Putro, Director and Chief Financial & Risk Officer of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk.
Business Performance and Products
By the end of 2025, the Company completed delivery of 50 electric buses to Transjakarta operators as part of a total order of 80 units. The remaining 30 units have completed chassis assembly at PT VKTR Sakti Industries and are currently undergoing body assembly at partner manufacturer PT Laksana Bus Manufaktur.
In the same year, the Company delivered 3 electric buses for employee mobility at a private mining company. VKTR also handed over 5 electric compactors to the DKI Jakarta Environmental Agency and 5 electric dump trucks to the DKI Jakarta Water Resources Agency.
Several of these trucks will function as urban waste transport vehicles, with waste processed into electrical energy to support the implementation of WTE programs and carbon emission reduction initiatives in Indonesia’s transportation, waste management, and energy sectors.
As of December 2025, the Company sold 69 electric vehicles consisting of 53 buses, 10 trucks, and 6 forklifts to various private-sector companies.
Cumulatively since inception through the end of 2025, VKTR has delivered 135 electric buses, 24 electric trucks, and 13 electric forklifts.
This trend reflects increasing domestic adoption of electric commercial vehicles and strengthens VKTR’s position as a key player in Indonesia’s transition toward a more sustainable transportation ecosystem.
In addition, the Company continues to develop supporting business activities, including strong aftersales services, automotive spare parts and accessories, BEV assembly, and iron and steel casting industries.
The spare parts manufacturing segment recorded relatively stable performance with a slight decline, in line with slower national automotive sales. Based on data from Gaikindo, national automotive sales declined 7% YoY in 2025.
Outlook and Business Strategy
Throughout 2025, the Company proactively strengthened product development capabilities by expanding strategic partnerships with global OEMs and conducting product trials with prospective commercial vehicle customers.
“Throughout 2025, we actively expanded collaborations with various global OEMs while conducting product trials directly with prospective commercial vehicle customers. For us, product development is not merely about adopting technology, but ensuring that our solutions are truly relevant to customer operational needs and market dynamics,” said V. Bimo Kurniatmoko, Director and Chief Operational Officer of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk.
The year 2025 marked an important innovation foundation phase for VKTR, with intensive trials and product development activities enriching its product pipeline. Entering 2026, the Company’s focus shifts toward commercialization with more mature, market-ready product launches.
At the beginning of 2026, the Company secured purchase orders for electric buses from a leading Jakarta real estate developer and a transporter order from an intercity transport company in Malang. Additionally, VKTR is producing two electric shuttle buses for an educational institution in Central Java, targeted for delivery by the end of Q2 2026.
Upon completion of the remaining 30 Transjakarta buses in early 2026, VKTR is projected to supply a total of 152 electric buses for Transjakarta – representing approximately 30% of the operator’s electric bus fleet and positioning the Company among the top three suppliers.
With stronger technological foundations and deeper market understanding, VKTR is committed to accelerating the EV segment transition from the investment phase toward sustainable profitability through operational discipline, optimized production capacity utilization, and cost efficiency improvements.
The Company will also rebalance its product portfolio from buses to trucks to accelerate revenue diversification and capture a larger commercial vehicle market opportunity.
Emission Reduction Impact
As of December 2025, VKTR’s electric bus fleet has recorded approximately 14.8 million kilometers in total operational mileage. Based on internal calculations, this has reduced carbon emissions by an estimated 13,000 tons of CO₂, equivalent to planting approximately 600,000 trees.
Local Industrialization Roadmap
In February 2026, the Company obtained TKDN certification above 40% from the Ministry of Industry for its 8-meter electric bus.
Since 2024, VKTR has been the only CKD-based electric bus supplier in Indonesia to achieve TKDN above 40% for 12-meter bus products serving Transjakarta.
This achievement reflects the Company’s commitment to increasing localization levels in line with government policies aimed at strengthening domestic industry, increasing added value, encouraging technology transfer, and expanding national employment.
Recognition and Achievements
Throughout 2025, the Company received several awards, including Best Public Company Awards 2025 from Warta Ekonomi, where it was named The Fastest Growing New Public Company 2025 in the Auto Component Products Industry for Outstanding Earnings Performance.
PT VKTR Sakti Industries also received recognition from the Regent of Magelang for the highest investment realization in Magelang Regency in 2025.
Subsidiaries PT Bakrie Autoparts (BA), PT Braja Mukti Cakra (BMC), and PT Bina Usaha Mandiri Mizusawa (BUMM) received awards from major partners including PT Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia and PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia, as well as from government institutions for environmental performance and tax contributions.
