Marketing Strategy: develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan, including digital content strategies, branding campaigns, and market activations for B2B target customers (e.g., logistics companies, couriers, and public transport).
Market Research and Competitor Analysis: conduct in-depth analysis of EV market trends, competitors, and the needs and behavior of commercial customers to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
Marketing Promotion: plan, manage, and measure the effectiveness of all digital and offline marketing campaigns, including advertising, trade shows, webinars, and strategic partnerships.
Marketing Communication: marketing has the task of creating good relationships between companies and customers, companies and the surrounding community and companies and parties involved in the business
Brand Development: build and manage a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms, highlighting the key advantages of our commercial EV products, such as operational efficiency and sustainability.
Provide support to other related department in the company: providing support to other related departments in the company on project or day to day operation base.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years work experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a preference for experience in the automotive, EV, or B2B technology industries.
Automotive/ Electric Vehicle sector, renewable energy, business development, finance, management
Proficient in assessing market conditions, analyzing economic and industry trends, and identifying growth opportunities to inform decision making & strategy development.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and regulatory frameworks.
Familiar with the electric vehicle supply chain, including key stakeholders, business models, and emerging technologies in sustainable mobility.
