Jakarta, 31 July 2026 – PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (“VKTR”), Indonesia's pioneer in commercial electric vehicles, continued its positive growth trajectory in the first half of 2026 by delivering stronger performance across key financial indicators. The Company recorded net sales of IDR647 billion, representing a 56% year-on-year (YoY) increase, driven by the sustained growth of its commercial electric vehicle business amid rising market demand for low-emission transportation solutions. Meanwhile, the Company's automotive components manufacturing segment also contributed positively to overall performance, supported by the continued recovery of Indonesia's automotive industry throughout the year.

The increase in revenue was accompanied by a significant improvement in profitability. Operating profit reached IDR16 billion, surging 1,890% YoY, reflecting VKTR's success in maintaining operational efficiency and optimizing its cost structure amid higher commercial EV sales volumes and ongoing global energy cost dynamics. In line with this performance, net profit rose to IDR10 billion, up 25% YoY, demonstrating the strengthening operational performance of both of the Company's business segments.

From a balance sheet perspective, the Company's financial position remained solid, providing a strong foundation to support future business expansion. As of the end of the first half of 2026, total assets stood at IDR1.849 trillion, representing a 3% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Liabilities increased by 6% YTD to IDR589 billion, while equity grew 1% YTD to IDR1.260 trillion. At the same time, VKTR continued to record growing demand for its commercial electric vehicles from various strategic partners, with several orders currently in production to meet customer requirements. These achievements reflect increasing market confidence in the quality of VKTR's products while also signaling the continued acceleration of commercial electric vehicle adoption and the growth of Indonesia's electric vehicle industry.

President Director of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk, A. Ardiansyah Bakrie, stated, "Our strong performance in the first half of 2026 reflects the resilience of VKTR's business model, supported by growth across both of our business segments. In addition to the increasing adoption of commercial electric vehicles in Indonesia, the continued recovery of the national automotive industry has also driven higher demand for the Company's automotive components. This growth not only reflects rising customer confidence in VKTR's products and services but also demonstrates that commercial vehicle electrification is becoming an increasingly relevant solution for both businesses and public transportation. We remain optimistic that this positive trend will continue as Indonesia's electric vehicle ecosystem becomes more mature."

Growth Momentum Driven by Increasing Market Confidence

Throughout the first half of 2026, VKTR continued to expand the deployment of commercial electric vehicles across various sectors. The Company completed the delivery of 30 units of 12-meter electric buses to a TransJakarta operator to support Jakarta's electric public transportation system. With this latest delivery, VKTR has cumulatively supplied 152 electric buses to the TransJakarta fleet, representing approximately 30% of the total electric buses currently in operation within the network.

In addition to strengthening its presence in the public transportation sector, VKTR has also expanded the application of commercial electric vehicles into the logistics and corporate operations sectors. During the first half of 2026, the Company completed the delivery of LOKON Transporter electric vehicles to support intercity fleet operations for a logistics company in Malang, East Java, as well as transporter units for entities within the Bakrie Group ecosystem. These deliveries form part of VKTR's broader strategy to accelerate the adoption of commercial electric vehicles across a wider range of industries.

Alongside the growth of its commercial electric vehicle business, VKTR has continued to broaden its product portfolio to meet the evolving needs of various industries. The Company's lineup now includes 8-meter and 12-meter electric buses, available in both low-floor and high-floor configurations, the LOKON Transporter electric vehicle, and a comprehensive range of heavy-duty electric trucks, including 6×4 Long Wheelbase, 6×4 Short Wheelbase, 4×2 Medium Wheelbase, and 6×4 Tractor Head configurations designed for both on-road and off-road operations. This diversified portfolio is intended to serve customers across public transportation, logistics, mining, and industrial sectors.

Empowered by Local Strength, Delivering Sustainable Impact

Entering the second half of 2026, VKTR remains optimistic about its growth prospects, supported by increasing demand for commercial electric vehicle solutions. The Company is currently completing a bulk order of electric buses for a public transportation fleet renewal program in Central Java, with deliveries scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2026. At the same time, VKTR continues to strengthen its business capabilities by optimizing its manufacturing facilities and expanding strategic partnerships with several global electric vehicle manufacturers, as part of its commitment to accelerating the adoption of commercial electric vehicles in Indonesia.

In addition, the Company is currently undergoing the registration process for its First Rights Issue, which remains subject to approval by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). A significant portion of the proceeds from the corporate action is intended to support the business expansion of one of the Company's subsidiaries, which provides electric vehicle leasing solutions (Mobility-as-a-Service/MaaS). This initiative is designed to meet the needs of customers seeking to adopt electric fleets without incurring substantial upfront capital investment.

Ardi added, “The growing demand for electric commercial vehicles presents a significant opportunity for VKTR. By strengthening our manufacturing capabilities, expanding strategic partnerships, and driving business model innovation, we are confident in sustaining healthy growth while creating long-term value for all stakeholders.”

VKTR will continue to strengthen its position as an integrated provider of electric commercial vehicle solutions through the development of its manufacturing capabilities, comprehensive after-sales services, strategic partnerships, and innovative business models that support the acceleration of Indonesia's transition toward a low-emission transportation ecosystem.
