  • Support the development and execution of corporate strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze business performance, market trends, and operational data to provide strategic insights.
  • Support the implementation of corporate performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor corporate KPIs and prepare management reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in the implementation of AI, digital transformation, and business improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate strategic projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
Kualifikasi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Analysis, PMO, Performance Management, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
